Dear visitors,
It is with deep regret that we inform you that due to a violent fire that occurred in our reception building, we will not be able to welcome visitors in the near future. This tragic event has caused significant damage to our facilities.
We understand the importance of our caves as a tourist attraction and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
We are actively working to assess the damage and plan the reconstruction of our building. Your support and understanding during this difficult time are greatly appreciated.
We thank you for your patience and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back as soon as possible.

The visit takes around 55 minutes.
Caves' temperature: 10°C ( 50°F ), you’ll be pleased to have a jumper!
Heavy rain has no impact in our caves: you can always visit safely independently of weather conditions!
Face masks are mandatory.
Babies and young kids are very welcome in their strollers - there are no staircases in our caves for your convenience.
For people in wheel chairs, please contact us to check your chair meets required conditions so we can ensure the best experience for you.
Animals are welcomed in our caves provided they are on a leash.
